I've bought myself another new computer and I need to re-download Legacy 5
to the new computer. I have two questions. Where can I find my code /
password to unlock Legacy? How do I transfer my family files from one

Reports, but I recorded the whole name as the surname and left the given name
blank. For example:

It's a way of automating the search by linking directly from an

found where I needed to enter my customer number and than went to Legacy
Home Tab and updated from there. It doesn't look much different to me than
V6, but I am a fairly new user of Legacy and so don't know about all

If you have unlocked the Deluxe version, you should be able to update
from the Home Tab.
As you've discovered, Legacy 7 isn't yet available on the website for download.
RE the Mapping tool.
It requires Internet Explorer 7 to work.
It also requires the Deluxe version to be unlocked.
Right clicking on the toolbar will bring up the tool bar customizer in
7.0.0.38. You can then drag and drop buttons onto the toolbar. The
mapping button is one of the options. Using the ViewMap My Family
option on the menu bar will also get you there.
