Any suggestions as to how to reduce the width of the columns on the Index List? It would be much more useful to be able to see more columns on the screen at one time so you could identify the individual you are looking for without having to scan sideways. At the present time I can only see

Gayle - after you change the widths of all your columns following the advice on this list, be sure to save it! I called mine tight so I'd remember this was the setup where everything fits in tightly. (I think you right-click over a header and instead of load, you can save setup... if this isn't
