Since it works in other cases in your tree, but not specifically for
her, why don't you try exporting this little branch to another file
and see if the relationships work? Or you could delete your
grandmother and her first child and create them all over again,
linking them in, and see if

relationships with unknown spouses, they do list relationships...but I found
my own great grandmother's is the only one that it doesn't show
