Anne, If these are really old 7.5 files and you are using the last build of 7.5, then you will need to convert the files to the newer format. If you open Legacy 7.5 and get a message that the file is in an older format and that it needs to be updated then go ahead and update it. There were

I do not know of any report where you can sort the contents by year so there is no report which will include everyone in your data base. You will need to use a search for to create a search list for those who were born in, married in or died in your target year. Myself I would use three separate

The .part extension will be changed to .exe when the entire file has been downloaded.  If the download fails, then the .part extension will still be on the filename.  It means that the download is partial.  Delete it and try to get the full download.  A partial download will not work.  By the
