You UNLINK the children from the wrong parents and then LINK the children to
the proper parents.
In the Family View with the children you need to unlink listed in the
children's list below, right click the child you want to unlink and then select
Unlink from parents. You will get a warning

The correct way to remove children from a parent is to have the parents in
family view with the parent you want the childe removed from highlighted,
then right click the child in the children list and choose Unlink from
parents and follow the prompts. Then bring up the correct parents in family
