The problem reported below (Clear all was not clearing User ID for
marriages) is now fixed and is included in the latest update to Legacy
8.0. All User IDs, Individual and Marriage are now cleared.

Thanks for working on my problem. Is there any file in Legacy that saves
anything about ID Numbers like the usr files?
Or any chance the search for ID Numbers is also checking the MRIN or RIN
numbers or something else? Or is the search stopping at the dash or
something and/or calling all
they truncated? Ignoring the
alpha component?

I applied the RINs preceded by RIN- to my database of about 5,000. I
had used the ID field years ago when inputting data on my maternal
grandparents descendants from a report created by a cousin at a family
