Because it is an actual marriage there is no way to keep it from printing
twice. The only other way for it not to print is to make that marriage private.
You may put in a suggestion to them that they put an option in the report
format to suppress the info if it is the same RIN .

When I have a couple that divorces and remarries I put the divorce and the
second marriage in the marriage events of the first marriage.
