This file has appeared in the photos file. The same question was asked in 2011
archives but the only reply from Support was explaining the reason for the
file. As this file is empty is it ok to delete it?

Legacy User Group guidelines:
This file stores the information you enter in the Picture Center on
the Picture List tab. That way it's available to transfer over to
the Attached Pics when you link that picture through the Picture
Center.
If you delete it, you will lose that information if you have added any
and it will be

This is not a Legacy problem; this is a Windows8 problem. Many people
found that the new Windows 8.0 tiled user interface did not work well
for some of the things they were used to doing with a computer. Many

This is the first time I have had any trouble with Legacy deluxe version, I
