To see all General Notes.
Do a Detailed Search (Search > Find > Detailed Search tab
for
Individual Notes-General Not equal to [enter nothing]
That will create a Search List of everyone who has General Notes.
In the Search list click the Options button then Print if you are using

all the Notes General section? I want to see how I have put the notes in

Most probably - I have just opened it with Access and there are multiple
references, in multiple tables, to various settings for Options. Not one
that I would want to change without having the Legacy source code and
understanding of what and how they work.

I do not think those are in any .usr file. Most of, if not all, the
choices made in Options > Customize are stored in the
App-Data/Usr/Profile.dbm file.
