As I've mentioned before, I verified that Legacy version 5 was written in Visual Basic. I suspect version 6 was also written in either VB6 or with VB.net. VB has what's called a Grid Control that coders use to create grids like those in Legacy that hold data, etc. The default grid is pretty

Once you've opened the RTF file with embedded pictures, their size is controlled by your Word Processor. The advantage is that you can now control placement and size as well as add more pictures to your Report. As far as I can see, Legacy is simply filling in the link with the linked picture.
