You can bring up the Name List, select Print... Then choose the fields you want and send it to a CSV file. You should be able to load this in a spreadsheet and sort it so all the Abt's appear together. Dennis, That sounds like a good idea, but I can't figure out how to send it to a CSV

Dennis, That sounds like a good idea, but I can't figure out how to send it to a CSV file. After you click Print..., look on the bottom right of the screen. When I click on Print it goes directly to the printer - no intermediate screen. Am I looking for something that is only in the Deluxe
