After you click Print..., look on the bottom right of the screen.
When I click on Print it goes directly to the printer - no intermediate
screen. Am I looking for something that is only in the Deluxe

Press CTRL I or select VIEW NAME LIST. At the bottom of that screen
the fourth button from the left is PRINT.

It would not require a change in the database structure. Legacy already
store dates in 2 formats. A short one and one more complete that
contains all the information about the date ( about, between, circa
etc..., even all the text that makes a date
I have to agree with Michel. I am obviously not as astute in Access as he, but
I just KNEW that this had to be the case or the date field could not have
accepted and handled all the erroneous c--p I have keyed there over the years.
