you have other large applications open, please try shutting down and
rebooting. Open the same applications again, including Legacy

You might be suffering from DLL Hell.
It is more common in older Windows OSs.
I am not an authority on DLL Hell, but in
short it is a conflict over which version
of a particular dll file is required. Sometimes
you may have more than one in different
directories and your program sees

I have been watching this memory issue with interest since my
computer is very old (it will be 9 later this month, maybe I
should have a party for it). When I first installed Legacy 6 it
would not run at all - every time I would get a page fault error
in a DLL file associated with my obsolete
to Patricia - I think I remember back in early v.4 that there was one
DLL in win98se which we had to replace with a different/older version to
correct some bug in v.4. I doubt that'd apply anymore, tho

old memory isn't so good these days.

Have you tried to compact your database?
If that isn't the problem, I would recommend to completely uninstall Legacy.
Delete all files in and including the Legacy folder. Then re-install
Legacy completely from scratch.
Make sure to back up all your data .USR files before
