I think I see what is happening. The Mar 1723/4 is being interpreted as
March 4, 1723 when what you really want is both years. After selecting the
following settings for dates in Options Dates:
Input is month-day-year
Use double dating is checked (set cutoff year to 1752 if not set)
Check
this is a problem or bug. I am satisfied with excluding those dates from
the problem reports. I just wanted to report that they still have to be
excluded and the program still sees them as incorrect.
