The easiest way is to mirror your folder structure exactly the same on his
computer. The way I do this is to NOT use My Documents for anything, but to
create my own folder structure on my computer as follows:
\Genealogy\ (This is where the database resides with all residual files)
You should run a Check / Repair on all of your files. This should reduce
the size of the files. I have never seen a file over 250 MB. The file I
have seen that is around 250MB has 0ver 144,000 names.
Under the File menu, select File Maintenance then select Check / Repair.
