Hi, is there a way to embed a rhythmic staff (only a single line, which only displays rhythms, not pitches) into normal music (here: singing voice)? So, I want to have some melody, then a single rhythmic bar with some rhythm and then some melody again.

Thanks, that's exactly the problem. Changing the font-family from sans to roman makes it compile: \layout { \context { \ChordNames \override ChordName #'font-family = #'roman } } Of course it doesn't look as good as the sans-serif font. This

Hi, whenever I try to add chords to my score, I get a GhostScript-related error message when it tries to convert the ps file to pdf. Since I absolutely don't know why this is happening, I'll simply post it - maybe one of you knows what's the problem: gs -q -dNOSAFER
