We are running reiserfsprogs 3.x.0k-pre8 of reiser. Is there a 2 gig file size limit?
If so, what can be done to get around the limit?

We are running the 2.4.7 kernel, with a reiser LVM file system mounted at /var. After
some time, the file system starts to fill up, so we might manually delete some files
to increase the free space.
After doing this, some times the df -h command does not display the correct usage and

What kernel are you running? I have not found a 2.4.7 kernel supported WAS yet. I've
heard it should be GA next month?? You don't specifically need DB2 for WAS, you need
the JDBC drivers that come

It's not the most efficient use of resources, but we are migrating users from SUN, and
they want a GUI.

I don't believe there is a version for the 2.4.7 kernel yet. If anyone knows where
the 2.4.7 kernel version of DB2 Connect is let me know please. We are looking for a

Connect.

We are running SUSE 2.4.7 kernel. We have had problems with the start-up scripts in
/etc/init.d(rc.d)/rc3.d for Apache, TOMCAT, and ucd-snmpd. We put several echo's of
return codes in the scripts,
which all return 0, and it looks like the scripts are running fine, but the processes

Does anyone know where the apache apxs executables are in SUSE 2.4.7 kernel on LINUX

usually found in

We are running the vlan with 2.4.7 kernel, and it works great. No problems yet. Be
aware, some SUSE distributions don't have the kernel patch to enable hiper sockets, so
check that before you
install. The 2n'd question is up for debate. I think it is a matter of preference,

/opt/dev/dasdb1

Have you done a shutdown? I did get similar errors, until I did one shutdown -h.
Then they seemed to go away.
