ClamAV is probably the most common. Most people don't run AV software on Linux for Z because a) Intel viruses have no effect on 390, and b) AV software generally is a CPU pig, and it's more cost-effective to delegate that to a off-platform Intel box. There is an argument that having everything

I suspect you have more than one clamav installed and therefore you might have some strange combination of lib and path. I'd check the following: which clamscan# to see where it's executed from ldd `which clamscan` # to see what libs are accessed strings `which clamscan` | grep conf # to see
