I do not think we will ever reach that point.
In a modular design, I believe the DVB card is only responsible
for receiving the signal, maybe

Mantis driver seems to work.
Kaffeine works with FC6. I think that I have now a newer version
of Kaffeine and the ealier version had bugs with scanning.

It looks like the signal quality is very bad.
