I've searched this mailing list, and internet, and found that is
possible to have 6 dvb cards simultaneously with newer linux kerenls.
But is it possible to have more than 6 dvb cards? for example 8 dvb cards?

I'm thinking to write a simple udp clone of vdr streamdev plugin.
I tested dvbstream, but the problem is I couldn't play dvbstream streams
with videlan, which is only player that I know works with linux and
windows and could play streamdev streams.

After searching internet (and also a clue reply from this list), I found
that I should add pat and pmt pids to dvbstream output to work with
videolan (vlc).
I found pmt pid from scan utility output, and added 0 for pat pid, as I
found in instructions.
but when I run dvbstream, it says that
so what are those pmt_pid numbers that scan utility prints?
could I have your patch for scan, that adds correct pmt_pid?

I know how to use scan utility from dvbapps suite to scan my skystar2
card, but I want to scan all transponders on a single command execution.

The 2.6.22 kernel initialize B2C2 chip itself, but it could not identify the
frontend for card. The chips used in this card for frontend are conexant
cx24123 and cx24113 .

I asked this question a week ago. I bought a SkyStar2 rev. 2.8A card. I
found this card is not supported by Linux.
I tried to find rev 2.6D card, but everybody says technisat stopped
producing it.
Is there anybody else who works on support for this card?
