Hi,
Since some days, I cannot update my apt-repos anymore, because of
problems with the FAI-key:

Just a comment to the new release.
As I perfromed a softupdate on all my clients, the FAI-client was also
updated to 4.1 on each client.
In the following, I ran into problems, because task_finish is now also
executed during softupdates (see also changelog).
In my case, I have a hook-script
Hi,
I use multi-arch support since quite some time and never got error or

Thats my script:

echo Install Adobe

- Does anyone have a solution?

If you can show what exactly causes it, you may file a bug against

Hi Dirk
I'm also running several jessie-clients now without serious problems,
I'm using dracut too.
I dont see any systemd-tmpfiles messages in my syslogs.
Just a question: are you trying to use pure systemd or both systemd

As far as I know, standard jessie uses both

I just stumbled over an already known problem, when I tried to install a

The installation didn't even start because dracut tried to mount the

Hi John,
FAI is missing a basefile ( /var/lib/fai/config/basefiles/CLASS.tgz )
You should create a basefile for Ubuntu vivid as described here:

If I understand you correctly, your script is named

This will not work, as "task_test" checks for class-wise folders with

Hi,
I just ran into problems when I tried to install a xenial client with my

The installation got stuck due to a read-only filesystem - similar to

"no writeable /tmp on PXE-Boot...").
As in Erwanns case,

I just stumbled over a systemd/journald related problem which may also

Some days ago, when booting a freshly installed PC (Debian jessie) for

Maybe I should start to check your sample config scripts on a regular
