Since I am not familiar with SGML any hint is appreciated here (if
wanted, I can even send my sketchy SGML version out for error
checking and proofreading).
Lyx supports SGML, it is very easy to create a sgml document with Lyx.

if you are interested in an example configuration of AX25/TCP/IP-Stuff just
take a look at the web page of our Amateur radio server DB0EIN. It should be
reachable via the standard routers (we are connected to DB0EAM, DB0AIS as a
proxy should find it as well).
It is 44.130.14.70
