anyone uses Vipower VP8250 IDE to USB modile rack on Debian testing and
USB1.1??
I've Plextor PX-W161040 writter in the rack and I can't burn anything. The
device is well detected by hotplug and mass-storage module is loaded.
cdrecord recognizes it on bus 1,0,0. I can read, grab, blank CDRW
And to add the error message that I get:
No such device or address. Cannot send SCSI cmd via ioctl

I've found that lsusb gives Genesys Logic, Inc. 0x5e3,0x701 device. There
are some UNUSUAL_DEVs in kernel source in
drivers/usb/storage/unusual_devs.h, but only for id 0x5e3,0x700. I've tried
to add a UNUSUAL_DEV() for the 0x5e3,0x701 but it didn't work at all. What
