From left to right 8 connectors with 7 cables are: (+5V) (+12V) () (Ground) (+12V) () (empty) (-12V) Ok, I'm testing her now, that this is what I've gotten. The +5v wire has .02v on it when the lisa is 'off'. It jumps up to.7 when I press the button. It might be more... my meter takes a few moment

Is it possible that the power supply is "ticking" after you try to turn it on? *snip* There is an adjustment for the power supply, through a small hole near the middle of the big side. You normally have to take the PSU out of the Lisa to adjust it. (and repeat until the voltage is right) Turning t

Oh NO I hope you marked the original setting. Setting a pot will not repair the PSU. Don't worry :) I marked it carefully, and reset it after I was done. I didn't touch the other pot. That's why I asked, instead of just messing with it and blowing up the system. I've blown up enough electron

She lives!!! Kindof... That CR20 diode was broke... replaceing it made things go a litle better... we blew U1 on the video board. Replaced that.. and the machine fired up! Hard disk throws an 81 error.. but I'll deal with that latter. The main problem is that the voltages still aren't quite righ

Cool! Glad you got her working! Previous owner leave any interesting documents? I got a profile a while back that was full of engineering drawings! The widget is the most unique sounding drive I've ever heard. Mine runs very quietly actually, save the squeaka de squeak of the head voice coil.
