i made lyx certification tamplate or example file, which generate
certification and import names and grades and student numbers from csv file.
i hope you add it in lyx examples folder.

The solution is to remove the \pagebreak. I just don't know if it causes
problems (I imagine it was added for a reason).

i hope you add the red text in tutorail.lyx (3.5 footnotes and margin
notes):
Margin notes are like footnotes, except that:
- the on-screen boxes say “margin” instead of “foot”
- the notes will be placed in the margin, instead of below
