I recently install LyX on a new machine (MacOSX 10.8.4). I installed MacTeX and LyX. I am able to get the document to compile using the menu View View (Other Formats) pdflatex. However the eyes button on the toolbar is greyed out. Is this related to some type of preview plugin that I don't
