Hi, I do not know wheter this is a bug in LyX or LaTeX/TeX, but is seems that documents whose full path contains spaces cannot be typeset. For instance I see this in the temporary file in the /tmp/lyx_blabla directory: \def\input@path{{/home/ethology/common/Projects/Learning v Genetic//}}
