which system are you using? In Linux it is a matter of distribution, e.g. on
Debian it is sufficient to execute sudo apt-get install aspell-es.
In Windows, it depends on the installer used.
If you used LyXWinInstaller (http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/LyXWinInstaller),
the aspell program is

The result (which can vary according the style file) should look
