In the last 8 hours, I haven't been able to access the lyx.org website.
See the screenshot below.
A colleague of mine asked if there is a windows version of LyX. Is there?
Is it stable? Does it run on win 10?

Forgot the screenshot but doesn't matter since it would be in Hungarian.
Anyhow, what I wanted to say is that I can ping www.lyx.or, I just cannot
connect to the https port.

Hi,
I am sure this is wellknown: My colleague just installed the latest LyX 2.2
on windows 10, using the complete installer, meaning the one which installs
a tex distro (I think it's Mictex) as well. But PDF previewing out of the
box doesn't work, meaning that we get an error. I figured, Mictex
Guys, the LyX mailing lists will be transferred to its new location at Ohio
State from Univ of Memphis. Please stop sending messages to the lists
since they may get lost. I'll leave the server running at Uof Memphis for
four more hours so that already sent messages clear out. Then the sever
