I do not know the correct way, but I just add a last new frame, then move
it where I want through copy/paste or using the outline mode where you can
move up and down your frames.

I tried several times. Inserting a frame between frame 2 and 3 works as you
described. But inserting a frame between frame 1 and frame 2 is not easy.
Pressing "Alt+P Enter" or "Alt+P Shift Enter", I got "Command disabled".

I've got it working! Thanks for your help!
For the record, bellow is the command that I used. As shown bellow, in
order to *check *the* allow page breaks box, *you have to change the type
to "Framed", and not "Boxed".
