The existing sandbox directory in our existing SVN will stay for us
to continue to use as we have been.
We have two options for the new contributors repository
1) /sandboxes
2) /sandboxes
/trunk ->which is a svn externals the trunk in the developers SVN

I think I understand now - Contributors are given a separate directory
rather than access to a directory within the main directory.
