Yes you can show WMS layers from different servers, and it is quite
easy, although I don't think we have an example.
All you need to do is update one of the context.xml files to use Layers
from different sources.

It was a matter of loading order indeed. It works fine when Prototype
gets loaded after Mapbuilder.
