On one hand I'm in favor to clean up the examples set and consolidate
them a bit. On the other hand, since we lack quite some documentation,
the examples are on way to help new users/developers to understand how
mapbuilder works.

Roald has written KML layer into MapPaneOL (which creates an OpenLayers
KML Layer).
We are looking to incorporate it into one of the demos and looking at
the demos makes me think that we probably can merge a few of them.
In particular, I think we can have one MapPaneOL demo with a
ContextCollec
