I wonder if anybody is aware of some MI modules
or other programs that would allow for easy calculations of
polygon-based spatial stats such as Moran Coefficient, Geary Ratio etc.

I am looking for either some pre-written MI applications
or suggestions about other GIS

Moran I based on point coverage, I need it done based on connectivity
