G'day List,
Last night (Aus time) the list was not working. Not only that, but after my
email was returned saying not such address, I found that
MeterotieCentral.com had disappeared as all I got was Website Not Found!
All I could think was But, but, but. It really hammered home just how
much
Hi Matteo and List
I have come to the conclusion that Steve can't receive emails
from list members. He can only send emails in bulk. This could
be the direct result of his local providers he may be using, or it could
also be the fact that he ignores peoples emails, who knows?
People ignore my
G'day Zelimir, Stefan, Bernd, Frank List,
Thanks for your help. Just letting everyone know the update. While there are
a couple of similarities between DAG 430 and my piece; I believe that it
probably is an LL4. As Frank indicated, Scott Brey has some VERY similar
material on his wesite. NWA 531
Hi All,
To those who are interested, I have a few eBay Auctions closing today in about 14 or
15 hours. I also have other items that will close in the next few days, some very hard
to get items that aren't too often seen. Here is a listing of items.

Hello All,
I tried posting this last night so there might be another copy of it floating around

Anyway, I have posted a few more meteorites for sale at the following site:

I like the idea! I think that it would sufficently
insulate the magazine from any responsibility especially if it is clearly stated

Art - your service to the meteorite community is tremendous and
most frequently goes unacknowledged. You were certainly a worthy
recipient of the 1st ever Harvey awards and deserving of our ongoing
gratitude!
Here's to Art!

Dear Art,
We have seen recently the unhappy results of what can happen in this
business of meteorite information sources. But what I want to acknowledge is
the opposite, the crucial daily importance of the List to us all.
In this world seemingly out of control and headed for who knows what,
Would you;
1) define rare or are you fishing? (You want Rare? how about
...ummm Connecticut meteorites.)
2) be more specific as to sizes of your specimens.
3) would you also use one of the other meteorite-related, mailing lists
for your trades /sales-- as a good faith demonstration that
Hi All,
Paul has informed me that my dysperexia has kicked in again!
I seem to constantly interchange the titles of Meteorite Exchange and
Meteorite Central. It took me 2 years to get them strait in my head which
was which - but even after that, I often use one when I MEAN the other.

Dear List,
First - Thank you Art for putting up with all of us :-)
Second - Let's all give Joel at METEORITE Magazine a big thank you. We can
all do this by making sure
everyone we know is subscribed to METEORITE.
While we are in the process of creating the new link format, we are
Hello Paul and List,
I would also like to thank Art for the service he has provided us. Many of
us have fealt welcomed by the community created by this forum and can not

Thank you also to Paul and Jim for provided some of us writers an outlet for

Hello List Members!
Please accept my apologies for the recent downtime of the Meteorite mailing
list. A domain server problem resulted in the List being down for approx. 1
day. Thanks to Bob Verish and Ron Baalke for alerting me to the problem on
Friday so that I could address it quickly. Hope
Elton... neither do I understand.. I do not know how rare is defined.
They are all rare to me... shrugs.
Sometimes ... my suspicious feminine nature takes over.. and then I think
strange ideas...but.. it seems to me...it is a way of flaunting a new
acquisition without coming out and saying.. I
Hello List, Our G.B. hunt ended today. We all learned a little something
about how to find the now rare meteorite. If you all want to find gold basin
meteorites, do what I am going to do on my nest G.B. hunt, search E-Bay! It
is a lot cheaper and you should have better luck finding one.: ) We
Elton, Rosie, Steve and others,
This is a tiresome subject.
Rosie you were right on target last week when discussing the attitude of
Steve who seems to often be offering his mine is better than yours
attitude, and again today when you commented on Elton's attempt to lead
Steve to better deals.
Hi list. It seems some people on this list are on me again for to much"SPAMMING".I seem to owe everyone an apology. Iam going to tucson as a novice as far as the social and know;edge part of this great hobby. I want people to like me and accept me for who I am. I will really try to tone it down in
I am on the hunt for about 50 Henbury pieces in the 5-10 gram range, and I
am looking to get them cheap. Anyone looking to clear a few out please let
me know.

Hello all,
On to new subject.

and 800...both R4.0. Along with Ouzina...also a R4.0.
