Paolo and Pat, I too am looking at the 1.3 MP microscope camera. I have a Canon point and shoot SD300 4MP camera and I have yet to take images where the colour is close to real life. about 20% of the time I take nice crisp images but never for the entire field. I also use the delay setting.
