Very nice - and for those of you with multiple monitors as your dekstop, the

confirming its classification. After placing the Main Mass and the

Hi Anita-
Yes, that behavior, while not common, has been observed. Rarely it may
be a true skip in the atmosphere, but more likely it is something to do
with the way the object breaks up. Even more likely than that, the
meteor simply went behind a cloud that was otherwise invisible.

No problem Paul.

Hi Bernd-
There are two kinds of skips under discussion here. The Grand Teton

and require only a combination of a very shallow entry and enough mass

I have a few auctions ending over the next few days. There's a nice crusted

Hi Gary,
I wish you good luck in your battle.
I would also like to add to and to amplify your
message. There are two PSA tests. The inexpensive one
that is used for routine screening is called the
_Total PSA Test_. Usually this will be of some value
in determining if you have active prostate
Thanks Pat - and you are right - there is a noted
number of cases that 'go against the flow' with a
high PSA and negative biopsies for years. But like
you said - establish that baseline. I wish I had.
My first PSA was this January and I tested at 24.8.

Hi Gary,
I had a PSA scare couple of years ago. We decided
to do a biopsy (which was not fun) which fortunately was
negative.
Even though it is off topic, your message is well worth paying
attention to.
Men, do not be afraid of the the PSA test or the DRE.

I'm glad to hear yours was only a scare. But do it
annually now because rate of PSA rise is as
indicitave as overall level or total/free ratio.

sometimes get hot when you play with them... ;-)
LMAO,

Last week at my local gun club, a fella asked if the Tacoma in the parking
lot belonged to me. I said yes, expecting to be asked to move it or
something.
He then asked what year it was. Now I thought he maybe gona want ta buy it.
I told him it was a 97.
Well, he said, it falls under the recall.
I think it all depends on what you buy. As was previously stated, buying
meteorites known to rust like Nantan, Brahin, Admire, etc is a sure way to
watch your $ or Euros slip away. But Esquel, Imilac, Sikhote-alin, Gibeon have
continued to raise in price over the years. Good advice would to

Yes they can skip, just as a rock does if tincoming angle is shallow enough.
I remember that this was one of the fears upon Apollo 13's return and
reentery into the atmosphere. If the Apollo 13 command module could skip, I
see no reason why a meteorite couldn't skip also. Having said this, I
