When I goto that url you supplied, it loads up the default apache page, and
when I add in /dist/ it comes up with an error 404..
You seriously need to look at what directory your apache mirror is getting
dumped into and get back to us.

The issue was that one of the mirror list members pointed out that I was
still running httpd 1.3.22 which has some security issues. I must have been
in the midst of upgrading when you tested. Anyway, I have upgraded to 1.3.26
and the link is live now - seriously :)
