Nfs working on i386 not working on and64

I have set up a nfs server on one i386 machine in my local network. I can mount the share from all other machines, that happen to be amd64. I did the same setup on the amd64 machines, and when I try to mount the share on the i 386 machine or on the other amd64 machines , I get the message:

OBSD + PHP + Postgresql(chrooted)

boot, and restart apache, the server is not intended to be rebooted often anyway. I can't get postgresql to work with php with the chrooted environment. I searched the archives and googled quite a bit, without success. Henry Gall
