stop and start SSL,
n chown all of the cgi-bin files to this user.

I have just installed an Apache server with SSL.
It works, but I can only read my html pages, I can't access to my cgi
scripts in /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin.
My browser says : "You don't have the permission to access /cgi-bin".
May be this problem comes from the SSL configuration in t
