Many thanks for the reply. I have been using the professional version and
also the scale bars made by CHI. The models are scaled in Agisoft. I just
confirmed that ply files should maintain scale. So, perhaps I am just
doing something wrong in Agisoft. But, good to know about this

You will indeed need to set a scale to your models, as this is lost when
you create models with Agisoft. If you have the professional version, I
believe you can do this within Agisoft. If you, like me, have the standard
version, you can use meshlab (freeware) to achieve this. Here
