Evelia, Keene's book of strategy assessment tools has already been mentioned, while I think it has it's purpose it assesses students knowledge of strategies NOT their use. I prefer to SEE evidence of use - In Harvey and Goudvis's Comprehension Toolkit they suggest many activities for each
