but you can set almost all options of LAME.

I've been using lamebatch 0.99 and have discovered that it has some
major problems:
Cannot control lame command-line options correctly,
The -V number does not have the correct effect,
Does not compute the ETA

I use Audiograbber because I'm used to, but it's a commercial software.
Otherwise, you could use Cdex
