Recent developments,
I was sitting on my front porch Thursday evening and I heard an
unusual-sounding vehicle approaching on the cross street (24th Street
S). I looked and saw what appeared to be a City of Minneapolis pick-up

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm sorry I could not be with you at the board meeting this evening. The
Aquatennial and the Rib Fest raised the cost of parking and made it
impossible for me to park within a distance of the library
Council, acting as board of the MCDA (soon to be a memory), approves plan
10-1. Zerby votes no, worried about use of general fund. Rybak says it will
