Med, you can create a new repository, then your zip file can be transferred there without a problem. In linux, I use git-cola to help me with that, after I manually created a new repo, and imported it on my hdd with git-cola. Then, anything I put in my local folder, it is commited and uploaded

Hello Med. Did you try adding it in "Discussion" too? Otherwise, in GitHub-Release, you can add in assets > 100 mega in one file. You have mseide-mesgui Github admin-access so you may edit the release and add a new asset and save it. Even better, create a new release named "Our mailing list"
