Not sure how you've had 4.10.209.0 since Oct - I just checked my SUP and that version isn't there. I assume it will appear after my next SUP sync. We currently have 4.10.207.0 deployed to a number of machines and I've had reports of the right click option missing so I'm glad this will resolve

To follow up, I had to re-download the update content as it now showed a red X status in the package. PCs already trying the update (since it was already advertised from last year) had to be rebooted to obtain the new content and update correctly. This update should have been 4.10.210 -

We actually just shipped the fix for this as a revision to the 4.10.207 release on Microsoft Update. The new version is now 4.10.209. If you have an existing .207 deployment, you can download the revised content after your next SUP sync, or just create a new deployment for .209. KB article
