That’s not correct. Setting up an Azure tenant/account is free and Azure AD is a free service. There are many paid services within Azure, but Azure AD is not one of them. Generally, folks only set up Azure AD in combination with one these paid services that require it – like Office 365 or

Since you are doing this as an application why not let SCCM handle the OS type detection? In your one application, create 2 deployment types that point to different source folders. One for x86 and another for x64. Then set the OS requirements for each deployment type to only run on that
