You upgraded from 2007 to 2012 SP1? I don't know a configuration manager
version 2010.

Because PXE Service Point as a different Point doesn't exists, is the number

Check the windowsupdate.log on the client. It’s located on %Windir%.
Check which port is used from the client. If it’s different to the port you
using for sup, check you’re gpos.
FYI you don’t need gpos for the sup.
