That I'm unsure of. I know it needs it to be enabled to function, so I
would say 'yes.'

Where did you set this value? Setting it on the site server has nothing to do
with the log size on the DP.

I set it on four DP’s, didn’t make a difference on any of them.

Where did you set this
So, I created a SUG with the Servicing Stack Updates (Which was superseded
with a newer one) and the July WUA. I then created another SUG with the
Convenience Rollup. Can I deploy both of these at the same time or should
I do the first one, once I hit good compliance then deploy the Rollup?

Hi All,
I have X(old domains with windows 7) and Y(new domain with windows10)
Now I'm trying to migrate the X domain machines.
Here Both X and Y are different forests. No trust...both are different
so here when i added X domain machines to Y domain. Users are loading with
new profiles.
So
the place to look would be that client repair check log. It list what it
checks. If it checks it I would assume it fixes it. Also might tell you in
the console on client health actions.

Greetings and Felicitations!
I read about this script at the link below.

Does anyone
If I understand correctly I think that if you don't have trust between X and Y
you must run scanstate on X before loadstate in Y since usmt can't get the SID
from X.

I think you can specify domains you want to migrate, have a look at the
command line options. I have not done it, I migrate the machines and users
then roll them to the new os.

Actually, yes I meant the Windows Updates service on the Exchange servers.
My understanding is it wasn't disabled by GP, just manually disabled.
So could the ConfigMgr Client re-enable a manually disabled Windows Updates
service on a client if SUP was set to yes in the client settings?
On Fri,
Update regarding importing Convenience Rollup Update KB3125574 into WSUS, and
then sync'ing expecting to see it in ConfigMgr SUP.
It imports OK to WSUS, but doesn't seem to sync across into ConfigMgr SUP.
Was expecting it would just like KB2775511, as per below link.
Check your log settings in the registry too, maybe you have debug turned on.

Are your classifications correct in your SUP settings?

I have found the same to be true. But does anyone know, is it
expected/normal behavior for the SCCM client to enable Windows Updates
service on a computer/server that has it disabled if the SUP policy is
enabled in the client settings?

I have actually attempted to increase the size and have checked the registry
settings.
The registry settings I’ve checked are
“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\DP\Logging\@GLOBAL” Log level is 1,
and LogMaxSize I changed to 0x00a0 which should be 10MB. But the
smsdpmon.logs on
The actual Service? That shouldn't be disabled.
The only thing you want to disable in Group Policy is 'Automatic Updates.'
The service is still leveraged for WU through the ConfigMgr Client.
