For some reason none of my W10 1607 clients are seeing KB4010250 as required via SCCM. Running Windows Update manually does install this patch. W10 1511 clients are deploying their version of KB4010250 via SCCM; it's just the 1607 clients. SCCM console shows 0 required for the Flash update
