Then you have a different issue. When you drop either file, does it disappear
in a very short amount of time? What does hman.log say after you drop the files
about the files?

I have the same issue, though I’ve tried the ACU file thing and it hasn’t
worked.

Did you restore the content library or did you let it repopulate by forcing
content update?

the site server should regenerate them properly.
